MP Biomedicals™ Tryptic Soy Broth

Suspend 30g of the medium in one liter of distilled or deionized water. Mix well. Heat slowly until the medium is dissolved. Dispense and sterilze at 121 °C (15 lbs. of pressure) for 15 minutes. Sterilize by autoclave.
