Indlæsningssæt inkluderer CCF2-AM eller CCF4-AM, DMSO (til løsning A), løsning B og løsning C. CCF2-AM og CCF4-AM leveres tørt og skal opbevares ved -20 C, °udtørret og beskyttet mod lys. DMSO (til opløsning A), opløsning B og opløsning C skal opbevares ved 22-25 C, °beskyttet mod direkte lys. Lidt køligere temperaturer kan forårsage, at der dannes et hvidt bundfald i opløsning B.
