Consists of a rotor with three hardened strike hammers and a grooved stator. During the grinding process, the sample is spun around the grinding chamber and struck until the desired particle size has been achieved. The ground sample passes through the sieve into the collection container.

Standard dispersing aggregates come with the Kinematica EasyClean (EC) design, and rotor/stator geometries with two, four or six teeth rows. This is all you will need for most standard applications during the preparation of samples, formulation development and small scale production. Up to 20 mm diameter, the stator has embedded cutting teeth to optimise pre-crushing of the sample. An enclosed ring design provides optimum protection for the teeth and prevents bending and distortion.
