Description

The Applied Biosystems GeneAmp RNA PCR Core Kit contains all components necessary to reverse transcribe RNA to cDNA using MuLV(recombinant Moloney murineleukemia virus) reverse transcriptase and to subsequently amplify synthesized cDNA using PCR process.

RNA reverse transcription and cDNA amplification combined in a single tube provides exceptional sensitivity
Kit protocol enables users to perform a variety of studies including: amplification of cDNA derived from all types of RNA sequences,analysis of gene expression at the RNA level, and detection of specific RNA species present at very low copy number
Easy to Use: Both the reverse transcription and amplification reactions take place in a single tube with buffers and reagents co-optimized for these sequential reactions

Final product size: 5kb or less
Sufficient for 100 reverse transcription reactions, 20μL each and 100 PCR amplifications, 100μL each
