Description

Tamoxifen (citofen, CAS # 10540-29-1) is an antineoplastic agent that has its effect through the estrogen receptors.

Inhibitor of protein kinase C and induces apoptosis in cancer cells. It is utilized in the study on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced microglial activation to know its effect.
