Description
Strontium nitrate is used in the production of road flares and in fireworks. It serves as a colorant (red) in pyrotechnics and is also used as an oxidizer in pyrotechnics. It mixed with glycolic acid and used to reduce the sensation of skin irritation. It is also used in electrophysiology experiments.
