Designet til proteinekspression for HEK293E-celler fra pattedyr (MEXi 293E-celler). IBA Lifesciences GmbH Small Mammalian Expression Vector er en lille transient ekspressionsvektor specielt udviklet til brug i kombination med MEXi pattedyrsekspressionssystem.

pDSG-IBA vektorer til MEXi pattedyrsekspressionssystem

  • Lille forbigående ekspressionsvektor specielt udviklet til brug i kombination med MEXi pattedyrsekspressionssystem.
  • Designet til højt niveau stabilt og ikke-replikativ forbigående udtryk i de fleste pattedyrværter, der indeholder følgende elementer:
    • Human cytomegalovirus (CMV) øjeblikkelig-tidlig promotor til ekspression på højt niveau i en bred vifte af pattedyrceller
    • Episomal replikation gennem Epstein Barr Virus replikationsorigin (oriP) kræver kromosomalt udtrykt nuklear antigen kodet af EBNA-1
    • Ampicillinresistens og ColE1-replikationsorigin (pUC) til formering i E. coli i et højt plasmidkopiantal

Bemærk venligst, at kloning i pDSG-IBA-acceptor-vektorer obligatorisk kræver restriktionsenzymet Esp3I, da ingen anden MCS til integration af et gen af interesse er tilgængelig.
