Descripción

Reguler ekspressionen af proteiner med en vektor, der bærer den inducerbare tetracyclinpromotor/operator. IBA Lifesciences GmbH E. coli-ekspressionsvektor uden sekretion muliggør ekspression af proteiner i E.coli.

  • pASG-IBA vektorerne er designet til ekspression af målproteiner uden affinitetsmærke i E. coli .
  • Vektoren bærer en ampicillin-resistenskassette til selektion af transformerede E. coli- celler, F1- og ColE1-oprindelse for et højt plasmidkopiantal og den inducerbare tetracyclinpromotor/operator til den regulerede ekspression af proteiner.
  • Vektorerne kan kombineres med enhver E. coli- stamme, eftersom tet-promotoren virker uafhængigt af den genetiske baggrund af E. coli .
  • Ekspression af det rekombinante protein induceres ved tilsætning af anhydrotetracyclin, som er et derivat af tetracyclin, som ikke udviser antibiotisk aktivitet.
Bemærk venligst, at kloning ind i pASG-IBA Acceptor Vectors obligatorisk kræver restriktionsenzymet Esp3I, da ingen anden MCS til integration af et gen af interesse er tilgængelig.
