Difco TC Yeastolate UF Low Bioburden er et animalsk oprindelsesfrit og vandopløseligt ekstrakt af autolyseret gær, forbedret til vævskultur (TC) anvendelser. Dette produkt er en blanding af lavmolekylære peptider, aminosyrer, kulhydrater (simple og komplekse) og vitaminer. Ud over de præstationsfremmende egenskaber ved vores TC-gærolatprodukt kan dette tilbud hjælpe med at reducere niveauet af endotoksin og biobelastning.
Difco TC Yeastolate, ultra-filtered (UF), is an animal origin-free (AOF) product derived from water-soluble portions of autolyzed yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). This product is intended as a nutritional supplement for bacterial, insect, and mammalian cell culture.
Low bioburden
• Reducing bioburden levels limits the effects of potential interactions between the organisms and the peptone, which could impact product stability and performance
• May eliminate the need to remove higher levels of bioburden from incoming critical raw materials, therefore helping to improve the upstream bioproduction process
• Available in bioburden levels of ≤100–300 CFU
