Beef Extract Powder is a meat extract dried into a powder. This nutritional supplement provides a mixture of peptides, individual amino acids, nucleotides, organic acids, minerals, and vitamins. Additionally, due to differences in the process, Beef Extract Powder has a different molecular weight profile than other beef extract products in our portfolio. Customers have used Beef Extract Powder in a variety of microbial fermentation cell lines including Clostridium sp., Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtillis, Pasteurella multocida, and Streptococcus species to produce numerous animal health vaccines.
