MedChemExpress EIPA (L593754) hydrochloride is an orally active TRPP3 channel inhibitor with an IC50 of 10.5 μM. EIPA hydrochloride also enhances autophagy by inhibiting Na+/H+-exchanger 3 (NHE3).
