Description

Zirconiumborid bruges til at forbedre modstanden i zirconiumoxidbaserede, kulstofbundne ildfaste materialer i kontakt med jernholdige smelter. Anvendes i nukleare applikationer, ildfaste til rumfart, i skærende værktøjer og til at beskytte termoelementrør. Det bruges også i brug af sin relativt høje ledningsevne, især til en keramik.
