Beskrivelse

Vivaspin™ 20 combines twin vertical membranes and thin flow channel design for high process speeds and concentration factors. It also offers unique pressure and pressure-fuge operation for sensitive samples and even faster processing.

  • CE certified according to EU 98/79/EC IVDD
  • Easy-to-use centrifugal or solvent absorption devices
  • No risk of sample cross-contamination
  • Fast concentration with minimal membrane fouling
  • High sample recoveries for increased sensitivity
  • Printed graduations on the concentrator body provide a convenient indication of retentate volume and simple, direct recovery from the integral dead-stop pocket is possible with standard pipettes.
  • Typical Applications:
    • Concentration of patient samples prior to electrophoresis or immuno-electrophoresis
    • Concentration of urine, cerebrospinal fluid, or plasma to detect disease markers such as Bence Jones Protein
    • Deproteinization of blood samples to aid detection of disease metabolites
