Beskrivelse

UVP iBox Scientia detects fluorescent probes in ultra violet to visible to near infrared (NIR) wavelength ranges for in vivo/small animal imaging.

  • The UVP iBox Scientia systems are easy to use optical imaging systems for noninvasive detection of fluorescent markers in small animals. They are equipped with high resolution, deeply cooled CCD cameras and highly sensitive optics. The high resolution and low light sensitivity of the camera allows for faint target detection. The UVP iBox Scientia comes with epi white, 365 nm UV and 480 nm blue light illumination built into the darkroom. The darkroom also comes with a five position filter wheel with included GFP and RFP excitation filters and a motorized platform with a 10-inch range.
  • The automated eLITE Xe Multispectral Source with external power supply facilitates high intensity illumination. The eLITE utilizes a 150 W xenon lamp to provide 400 to 800 nm epi lighting via a fiber optic cable. The eLITE is software controlled and comes with eight excitation filter positions.
  • The included VisionWorks Software prioritizes data integrity by gathering unmodified raw image data for research and publications. VisionWorks Software handles all workflow needs with extensive tools such as: macros, templates, annotations, highlights, text, quantitative analysis, tumor volumes and measurements. VisionWorks is capable of creating reports and exporting data in order to fully document research. The software supports 21 CFR Part 11 and is compatible with Win 7, 8, and 10.
