Measures density of bacteria and yeast cells in suspension with compact and low maintenance device

  • Can also be used with McFarland standards

  • Uses LED light source in combination with an advanced fiber optics

  • Accepts 10 x 10 mm cuvettes or 16 mm test tubes
  • 10 to 12 mm test tubes require adapter set
  • Spillages can be easily wiped from the smooth surface, and the cell compartment area can be flushed with formaldehyde or ethylene oxide to sterilize it
  • Save results onboard or export via USB flash drive
  • Compact, low-maintenance device
  • Not recommended for use with mammalian cell lines
