This positive control against ROSA26 targets intronic region of gene and has achieved editing efficiencies of up to 80% in variety of mouse cell lines. ROSA26 control easily determines the optimal conditions for delivering CRISPR/Cas9 tools to cell type, allowing to move forward in editing experiments and minimize downstream effort to isolate and validate edited clones
