SuperSignal™ Vest Atto Ultimate Sensitivity Substrate er en forbedret kemiluminescerende (ECL ) substrat til høj attogram protein detektion og giver det høje niveau følsomhed og bedre signal-til-støj-forhold sammenlignet med andre kommercielt tilgængelige peberrodsperoxidase (HRP) substrater.

  • Følsomhed: lav-femtogram til høj-attogram
  • Stabilitet: otte timer for arbejdsløsning, et år for sæt ved 4 °C
  • Kompatibilitet: nitrocellulose og PVDF membraner
