Cleanroom-grade wipers designed for controlled environments, providing superior cleaning performance for surfaces, spills, and equipment.

  • Made from a 45% polyester and 55% cellulose nonwoven blend for durability, absorbency, and efficient cleaning.
  • Manufactured with cut edges in cleanroom conditions to ensure low particle and ion levels, reducing contamination risks.
  • Offered in dry (TechniCloth™), pre-wetted (TechniSat™), and sterile variants for versatile cleanroom applications.
  • Ideal for cleaning surfaces, equipment, and components, managing spills, and applying or removing adhesives, lubricants, residues, and disinfectants.
  • Compatible with solvents including isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ethanol, acetone, and degreasers for broad cleaning use.
  • Excellent for cleaning gloves, notebooks, phones, or any item entering controlled environments.
  • Useful for lining trays and storing or drying parts, tools, and devices in cleanroom operations.
  • Pre-wetted versions use 0.2 μm filtered 70% IPA / 30% DIW, 6% IPA / 94% DIW, or 70% Denatured Ethanol / 30% DIW for consistent performance.
  • Autoclave safe (dry wipers only) with proven chemical resistance and compatibility across cleaning solutions.
  • Complies with USP and USP wiper standards and individually lot coded for traceability and quality control.
  • Designed for ISO Class 5-8, Class 100-100,000, and EU Grade B-D environments.
  • Defined shelf life: Non-Sterile (Dry) - 5 years, Non-Sterile (Pre-Wetted) - 3 years, TX8488 - 1 year, Sterile (Dry and Pre-Wetted) - 3 years.
