Smooth Muscle Differentiation Supplement (SMDS)

En steril, koncentreret (100X) opløsning beregnet til brug med Medium 231 for at øge differentieringen af menneskelige glatte muskelceller. Hver 5 ml flaske SMDS indeholder den korrekte mængde differentieringstilskud til en 500 ml flaske Medium 231. Når en 500 ml flaske med medium suppleres med SMDS, er slutkoncentrationerne af komponenterne i det supplerede medium:
  • føtalt bovint serum, 1% v/v
  • heparin, 30 μg/ml
