During cell culture clarification processes, particulate solids build up on the filter surface. The pharmaceutical grade filtration aid in Sartoclear Dynamics Lab serves as a spacer between those solids. Its porous structure allows liquid containing the dissolved target substance to readily flow through the solid filter cake, increasing throughput. In the single-step process of Sartoclear Dynamics Lab, the liquid passes from the syringe through the integrated sterilization filter to provide a product that is both sterile and free of cell debris.
