Thermo Scientific S4T Centrifuges are standard with an easy-to-use keypad and high-contrast LCD display. This high-capacity and versatile unit helps optimize performance to support everyday applications. Quickly and securely swap between 13 rotor options with the tool-less Thermo Scientific Auto-Lock Rotor Exchange.
Available for purchase individually or in convenient application-based packages.
Cell culture packages include the centrifuge, rotor, Thermo Scientific ClickSeal Biocontainment Lids and a set of four 15 mL and 50 mL conical tube adapters.
Blood tube packages include the centrifuge, rotor, ClickSeal biocontainment lids and a set of four 5/7 mL and 9/10 mL blood tube adapters.

- Thermo Scientific™ SMARTSpin Imbalance Detection helps maximize acceleration, braking and residual load imbalance for each rotor and bucket to optimize safety and improve separations
- High rotor speeds and flexibility with 13 rotor options
Enhanced sustainability:
- Fiberlite rotors weigh up to 60% less than metal equivalent rotors and therefore accelerate/decelerate faster translating into reduced energy consumption per run
- Windshielded rotor options, including the Thermo Scientific H-Flex HS4 and BioShield 1000A Rotors, enable users to spin tubes, bottles, and plates at higher speeds with less energy than non-windshielded designs
- Manufactured in a certified zero-waste facility using 100% renewable electricity in Osterode am Harz, Germany
