Beskrivelse

Wear this adjustable polycarbonate face shield over safety glasses. It provides impact protection and features an optically clear 1/16 in. thick polycarbonate window.

Wear the adjustable Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Polycarbonate Faceshield over safety glasses. With an optically clear window made of 1/16 in. (1.5mm) thick polycarbonate, this faceshield provides impact protection as well as protection from UV light in the 200-360nm range. It is useful in germicidal procedures as well as reading of chromatographic/electrophoretic strips and gels. Complies with OSHA 29CFR1910.1030 and ANSI Z87.1-1989 standards for use with bloodborne pathogens.

Features:
  • Wraparound design offers both front and side protection while height provides coverage from the bottom of the neck to the top of the head
  • Features a comfortable and adjustable polyethylene headdress
  • Biohazard/Transparent
Note:UV protection from 200 to 360nm (UV radiation may cause the polycarbonate to develop a slight yellow/brown tint.)
Note: Do not use with radioisotopes. Use Nalgene beta-radiation shields when working with beta-radioisotopes. Do not autoclave.
