  • The Ultra Yield™ System combines Ultra Yield™ Flasks, AirOtop™ Enhanced Seals/Vented Caps, and Plasmid+™ Enriched Media to support microbial productivity-especially E. coli-for plasmid DNA and protein expression. Across customer studies, the system has achieved 85+ supercoiled plasmid DNA with very low endotoxin, delivered 4 to 10X material cost savings with about 50% less FTE time, and shown roughly 10X higher aeration with scalability from 125 mL to 2.5 L. Bidirectional Transfer Caps on 1.5 L/2.5 L flasks support sterile harvests or transfers to larger fermenters.
