PharmaFluor™ tubing is an inert fluoropolymer designed for biopharma and lab applications. It offers low absorption, high purity and a wide temperature range. Chemically resistant and sterilizable it ensures fluid integrity and reliability in demanding environments.

  • PharmaFluor™ is an extremely inert fluoropolymer tubing designed to meet the demands of biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and laboratory applications.
  • Outstanding chemical and physical characteristics allow usage across a broad temperature range from -100°F (-73°C) to 400°F (203°C).
  • Resists absorption and adsorption of fluids, minimizing the risk of fluid alteration in single-use or repeat-use bioprocessing applications.
  • Virtually unaffected by chemical sanitizers and cleaners, enabling repeated cleaning without diminishing its service life.
  • Meets the requirements of USP Class VI and/or USP and/or ISO 10993-5.
  • Chemically inert, ensuring safe and reliable performance in critical applications.
  • Ultra-pure and extremely low sorption characteristics. Ideal for preserving fluid integrity.
  • Fully sterilizable via autoclave or gas, supporting rigorous cleaning processes.
  • Provides an excellent barrier with very low permeability, enhancing process reliability.
  • Perfect for sterile filling and dispensing systems, insulin production, diagnostic equipment, and general laboratory use.
  • Suitable for cell and tissue culture transport as well as analytical and process equipment in biotechnology, pharmaceutical and environmental fields.
