Beskrivelse

A fast way to purify transfection-grade plasmid DNA using mini-format technology to reduce endotoxins from bacterial lysates. Full and Core kits utilize a 96-well plate format for an efficient high-throughput process.

Endotoxins are co-purified during typical plasmid preparations from bacterial lysates. Since they interfere with eukaryotic cell survival, endotoxin reduction is essential prior to cell transfection. NucleoSpin™ Plasmid Transfection-grade kits are designed to reduce endotoxins from bacterial lysates.

  • Purifies high-copy plasmids for transfection
  • Novel technology to diminish endotoxin content (< 50 EU/μg DNA) for successful transfection
  • Rapid purification from E. coli via automatic, manual, vacuum or centrifugation processing
  • Ultra-fast procedure simplifies the work-flow
  • High-throughput — 96-well plates allow for easy automation and supports plasmid screening
  • Downstream applications: transfection of common cell lines (lipofection, electroporation)
  • Also suitable for standard molecular biology application, such as cloning and sequencing
