Description

Midi-sized replacement columns for use with the NucleoSnap™ Plasmid Midi kit for preparation of transfection-grade plasmid DNA. These silica membrane columns feature a unique snap-off design for vacuum processing of large sample volumes using the NucleoVac 24 Vacuum manifold.

NucleoSnap™ Plasmid Midi Columns

  • Produces ready-to-use, transfection-grade DNA for sensitive downstream applications
  • No alcohol precipitation necessary
  • Isolates up to 250 μg plasmid DNA in only 35 minutes
  • Easy procedure: DNA precipitation – filtration – washing – elution
    • High-salt / ethanolic washing steps to remove contaminants
    • Low-salt or water elution
