Polypropylene gravity flow columns with inserted column filters for use with NucleoBond Xtra Midi or Maxi kits for ultra-fast isolation of transfection-grade plasmid DNA with high yield.

NucleoBond™ Xtra—The new generation of anion exchanger for ultra-fast transfection-grade plasmid DNA

  • Optimized column design – Midi prep in approximately 30 min, Maxi prep in 35 min
  • Available in Midi and Maxi sizes – typical yields of 400 μg (Midi) and 1000 μg (Maxi)
  • Polypropylene columns suitable for use with organic solvents and buffers with denaturing agents
  • Column filter included for high filter flow rates, parallel lysate clearing, and loading onto the column
    • Depth filters avoid time-consuming centrifugation for lysate clearing
    • Complete removal of precipitate even with large lysate volumes without clogging
    • Avoids shearing of large DNA constructs (such as PACs or BACs)
