Beskrivelse

Light grey rack for holding NucleoBond™ Xtra (Midi, Maxi, BAC) and NucleoBond™ AX (20, 100, 500, 2000, 10000) gravity flow columns. Rack holds up to six (6) Midi and four (4) Maxi columns during purification of plasmid DNA using anion exchange chromatography.

NucleoBond™ Xtra — Anion exchangers featuring fast filtration, high binding capacity and high flow rate.

  • Yields ultra-pure plasmid DNA in about half the time of other Midi or Maxi kits
  • NucleoBond™ Xtra Midi and Maxi kits contain enlarged columns creating shorter silica resin beds
  • Xtra Smart Rack hold up to 4 Maxi and 6 Midi columns for simultaneous processing
    • Columns are held by the collar ring of the column
    • Height of the column can be individually adjusted using plastic washers (included in the kit)
    • NucleoBond™ Xtra Smart Rack is sold separately from the NucleoBond™ Xtra kit
