Beskrivelse

Easy handling and superior speed in RNA purification from soil samples for qRT-PCR analysis, as well as parallel preparation of DNA. Complete kit uses anion exchange chromatography and gravity flow columns combined with NucleoSpin Bead Tubes Type A (included).

NucleoBond™ RNA Soil Mini kit enables efficient isolation of high quality RNA and DNA from any kind of soil or sediment sample. Most soils contain relatively low amounts of RNA, compared to DNA. Therefore, the kit is designed with proven NucleoBond™ technology to enable high sample input and and pure nucleic acids.

  • Anion exchange technology to optimize RNA yield and purity—suitable for qRT-PCR analysis
  • Combination of mechanical homogenization and chemical lysis allows processing of large samples
  • Parallel preparation of RNA and DNA in one hour*
  • Sample disruption is achieved with NucleoSpin™ Bead Tubes Type A, optimized Lysis Buffer, and Phenol:Chloroform:Isoamylalcohol
  • Optional Buffer OPT enables RNA and DNA purification from mineralic and organic soil samples

* DNA isolation requires the DNA Set for NucleoBond™ RNA Soil Mini, sold separately (man. part no. 740143.10 or 740143.50) or in a combo kit
