Invitrogen Novex Rapid Tris-Glycine SDS Running Buffer (Powder) is designed to significantly reduce SDS-PAGE run times while maintaining separation performance. By enabling separations over 50% faster than traditional Tris-Glycine running buffers, this rapid buffer supports more efficient protein electrophoresis without compromising band resolution. Compatible with all Tris-Glycine gels, including both precast and handmade formats, the powder form offers flexible preparation, room temperature storage, a two-year shelf life, and is designed for convenient routine use.
