The Mouse CXCR2/IL-8 RB (NP_034039) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for CXCR2/IL-8RB, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The CXCR2/IL-8RB insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
