Reacts with the heavy chain of human IgD expressed on B cells. This reactivity is neutralized by purified human IgD and not by purified human IgM. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
