Facilitate monoclonal antibody (mAb) analysis and characterization with the MAb Analysis IEX and SEC Column Kit. This kit includes an ion-exchange (IEX) and size-exclusion (SEC) column. The IEX column is intended for high-resolution and high-efficiency analysis of mAbs and their associated variants, while the SEC column is designed for separation of mAb monomers, aggregates and fragments. This kit is useful for researchers at the beginning of their mAb analysis projects.
