Useful for a variety of luminometric research applications, the Thermo Scientific Luminoskan Microplate Luminometer is a compact and robust instrument offering plate format versatility, fast reading speeds, and up to three dispensers.

This instrument has passed validation at Promega Corporation to be certified as SkanIt software is quick and easy to learn. It offers easy data analysis (with a comprehensive selection of built-in calculations, including blank subtraction, standard curve creation, classification, quality control, kinetic analysis) and exporting capabilities. Each user can install SkanIt software on his/her own computer to set up assays and analyze data.

Includes:
SkanIt PC Software. Filters available upon request.

Reporter gene assays, immunoassays with luminescent substrates, cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays, intracellular Ca2+ assays, ATP assays, phagocytosis assays, reactive oxygen assays, microbiological assays, enzyme assays, BRET assays, ADMEtox
