A general reagent to monitor tyrosine kinase activity, the PY20 antibody binds to phosphorylated tyrosines within a peptide or physiological protein substrate. For use in combination with AlexaFluor 647-poly-GT (PV5693) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
