Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (19%), Rat (19%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-52800 (PA5-52800. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

This gene encodes a protein that is thought to function as a transcription factor. The protein is a cancer-associated antigen that can stimulate autologous T-cell responses, and it is therefore considered to be a potential immunotherapeutic target for the treatment of various hematopoietic malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
