ELISA

Human Interleukin-6 (Hu IL-6) ELISA kvantificerer Hu IL-6 i humant serum, plasma, urin eller cellekulturmedium. Assayet vil udelukkende genkende både naturligt og rekombinant Hu IL-6. Metodens princip The Human IL-6 solid-phase sandwich ELISA (enzym-linked immunosorbent assay) er designet til at måle mængden af målet bundet mellem et matchet antistofpar. Et målspecifikt antistof er blevet præcoatet i brøndene på den medfølgende mikroplade. Prøver, standarder eller kontroller tilsættes derefter til disse brønde og binder til det immobiliserede (fangende) antistof. These human IL-6 ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The economically-priced reagent kit provides validated reagents only, requiring users to coat their own plates. The antibody-pair kit consists of the matched IL-6 antibody pairs and IL-6 standard only. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
