Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (28%), Rat (28%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-60214 (PA5-60214. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

Homeobox genes encode DNA-binding proteins, many of which are thought to be involved in early embryonic development. Homeobox genes encode a DNA-binding domain of 60 to 63 amino acids referred to as the homeodomain. This gene is a member of the ARGFX homeobox gene family.
