Harvest RC Chromatographic Clarifier is a single-use, single-stage solution for efficient cell culture harvest and clarification. Using synthetic chromatographic media, it combines harvest and clarification into one step, improving downstream performance. It enables higher product recovery, consistent effluent, and predictable scalability while reducing process time and complexity. Available in multiple sizes for seamless scale-up from bench to production.

  • Simplification of high cell density cell culture fluid clarification unit operations.
  • Remove cells, cell debris and DNA (<500 ppb) from the harvested cell culture fluid.
  • Optimized for PCV high density CHO cell culture (5-8% PCV)
  • Replacement of primary, secondary and guard membrane clarification stages.
