Storage and reconstitution: to prepare a 0.2 mg/mL stock solution, reconstitute the lyophilized antibody in 0.5 mL PBS, pH 7.4. Reconstituted product can be stored for up to 3 months at 4oC with the addition of 2mM sodium azide. Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.
