For maximum recovery please spin prior to use. Unless noted below, aliquots of the 5 μg, 10 μg and 20 μg sizes of kinase are not recommended as materials can be used in original packaging until exhausted. For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots, aliquots below 20 μL are not recommended. Please never store a kinase diluted. If properly stored at -80C, this product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. This FGFR3 V555M recombinant human protein (397-end) was expressed in insect cells. FGFR3 receptor tyrosine kinase or Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 is part of a family of fibroblast growth factor receptors that share similar structure and function. FGFR3 plays a role in several important cellular processes, including regulation of cell growth and division, determination of cell fate, formation of blood vessels, wound healing and embryo development. FGFR3 is involved in the development and maintenance of bone and brain tissue. Mutations in FGFR3 have been implicated in causing bladder cancer, cancer of white blood cells (multiple myeloma) and cervical cancer.
