ESI 09 is an EPAC inhibitor. Inhibits EPAC-mediated insulin releases from pancreatic β cells. Selective for EPAC over PKA. Decreases migration and invasion of AsPc-1 and PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells in vitro.
