This Estrogen Receptor (ER) Alpha Ligand Binding Domain (LBD) is a 62.80 kDa recombinant human protein (amino acids 282-595) expressed as a GST fusion protein in baculovirus-infected insect cells. It was expressed and purified in the absence of exogenous ligands.
