  • Modifikation af Basal Medium Eagle (BME) indeholdende fire gange koncentrationer af de aminosyrer og vitaminer, der findes i BME
  • Fifty-fifty blanding af DMEM og F-12, oprindeligt formuleret til rotte neuroblastomceller og MDCK-celler
