Beskrivelse

The CELLSPIN is a moisture-resistant stirrer for cultivating cells in spinner bottles with culture volumes from 100mL to 1L. It offers a wide range of stirring options for accurate optimisation and control of culture conditions. The speed (5rpm to 75rpm) and other stirring parameters can be individually programmed and modified at any time via the control unit, which is located outside of the incubator. In case of power failure or accidental disconnection of control and spinner units an alarm system is activated.
  • The stirring unit is suitable for four flask sizes (100mL, 250mL, 500mL, 1L)
  • The medium oxygenation is improved and detrimental shear forces are minimised owing to the special design of the spinner flasks
  • Durable: no damage resulting from the incubator moisture owing to the sealed stirring unit and the removable control unit
  • The cultivation success is maximised thanks to a wide range of stirring options
  • Efficient documentation is possible through automatic data recording
  • Process security is increased by the instrument failure alerting function For accurate optimisation of cell cultivation in spinner bottles.
