- Excellent resistance to abrasion and high temperatures.
- Multi-purpose and easy to clean.
- Does not retain odours from the food cut on it.
- Its smooth surface limits knife marks and allows the blades to slide well.
- Each board comes with a bag of 6 HACCP pellets to differentiate uses by food groups and avoid cross-contamination.
- The pellet in the desired color is to be slotted into the board.
- Note: once clipped, it is not possible to remove it easily, its use is designed to be dedicated to each board.
