About ProcartaPlex assays for the Luminex platform

  • ProcartaPlex immunoassays are based on the principles of a sandwich ELISA
  • They use two highly specific antibodies binding to different epitopes of one protein to quantitate all protein targets simultaneously using a Luminex instrument
