CaptureSelect CH1-XL Ligand Lækage ELISA Kit er designet til at detektere mulig udvasket ligand af antistoffer eller antistoffragmenter oprenset vha CaptureSelect CH1-XL Affinitetsmatrix. Liganden, et 14-kD rekombinant protein, er kovalent koblet for høj kemisk stabilitet og lav lækage. Selv når de er kovalent bundet, kan små mængder af affinitetsliganden udvaskes fra kromatografiunderstøtningen og co-eluere med proteinet.

Denne ELISA giver typisk følsomhed og nøjagtig kvantificering af mulig udvasket ligand større end eller lig med 1 ng/ml.
