C-Flex™ tubing is manufactured from pharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) to meet the demands of biopharmaceutical applications for fluid processing with excellent heat seal and sterile weld capabilities.

  • Sealable and weldable either pre- or post- sterilization
  • Sterilizable by gamma irradiation and autoclave
  • Moldable, bondable and formable for single use assemblies and overmolds
  • Complies with USP Class VI and ISO 10993standards
  • Non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, non-hemolytic
  • Remains flexible from -45 to 135°C (-50 to 275°F)
  • Significantly less permeable than silicone
  • Smooth inner bore for superior fluid flow
  • Animal-Derived Component Free (ADCF) and safe for incineration
  • Full Validation Package (biological, chemical, physical, extractables) available for all formulations
