Description

Anbefales til brug ved isolering, optælling og dyrkning af Lactobacillus-arter. BD™ Difco™ Lactobacilli MRS Bouillon understøtter frodig vækst af alle lactobaciller fra orale, fækale, mejeriprodukter og andre kilder. Leveres i et praktisk, let-at-bruge dehydreret pulver.

Difco™ Lactobacilli MRS Bouillon-pulver indeholder pepton og dextrose. Disse ingredienser leverer nitrogen, kulstof og andre elementer, der er nødvendige for vækst. Polysorbat 80, acetat, magnesium og mangan giver vækstfaktorer til dyrkning af en række lactobaciller. Ovenstående ingredienser kan hæmme væksten af nogle andre organismer end lactobaciller.

  • Prøver kan inokuleres direkte i Lactobacilli MRS Bouillon
